Please include your full name, postcode and the phone number or email address you used, so we can find your record.
What we will do
We will action your request as soon as possible and normally within 30 days. We will confirm once your preferences have been updated.
We may keep a minimal record of your request so that we can honour it and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
